table or pivot table not behaving like I want to (columns and rows)

Hello again,

in my Picture i have a weekly table to see a bit of data for the last seven days. The Dimension is the date and there are several key figures.

What I want to do is that I want the date as column like you can see in the Pivot table. But I want the key figures not in one row, I Need one row for each key figure per date. Is that possbile without one row Dimension?

The table isn't giving what I Need either as i have the date in the row and the key figures in the columns. It should be swapped.

Is this possible with eiher table or Pivot table?
