Qlik Application Automation Snowflake Connector
Hello everyone,
I'm trying to use Qlik Application Automation along with Snowflake, but I am facing some difficulties. I have created a database and table in Snowflake with some records. Additionally, I have also created a connection with Qlik which works fine; I can fetch the data without a problem. However, when I use the same parameters in Qlik Application Automation, it does not seem to work. For instance, I am using a block called Update Record by One Field, but it does not retrieve the table name.
My connection looks like this:
This instance of Snowflake is a trial one. Does it matter?
Thanks!

Hi @rolmontero ,
Open a case for support, with pictures of connection info from the automation side + analytics side, with the description from this post.
Best Regards

Hi @rolmontero ,
Did you get this error by pressing search?
Thanks

Hellon @Shai_E ,
Yes, I did get that error when I clicked on search so that I could fetch the table name. I have also tried writing the name manually, but it shows an SSL error even though the table, schema, and WH are correct.
Thanks for your help!

Hi @rolmontero ,
The only thing that i can suggest here is to open a case for support, why am i suggesting this?
From a test i did a few days ago i know that the connector itself works there shouldn't be a problem with it, as it works in my test environment.
This seems more like some kind of connectivity issue, in which product in Qlik does these credentials work?
In order to troubleshoot why you are not able to connect to your snowflake via the automation module i will need the connections guiid, this requires me to give guidance on how to do this through the developer tools in your web browser so a case is more suited, but even then i might not find the issue (it might be connectivity based).
Best Regards

Hello again,
Yes, the connector from the analytics module of Qlik works fine, and thus I can connect and fetch data without any problems whatsoever. I believe the automation module has some issues regarding that connector. Thanks for your advice.
Have a nice day

Hi,
When I don't use the search option from the block and I write the name manually, I get this error:
Whereas, on the analytics side, as mentioned before, I fetch the data with no problems:
