Ajuda "URGENTE" com instalação do Qlik Sense Desktop ("ERRO")

Pessoal

Fui atualizar meu Qlik Sense Desktop para aversão de fevereiro 2019 e deu um erro na atualização.

Exclui a versão de novembro 2018 para tentar instalar e não deu certo.

Daí tentei instalar novamente a versão de Novembro de 2018, e não estou conseguindo. 

está dando um erro.
