How to Display the Name of the Entire Column. HELP

Hi, I wanted to ask you how to display the name of the entire column without the customer having to manually expand it. I want the entire column name to automatically display. Because there are many columns and only the first letters are displayed as you can see from the screen. Can you help me solve it
