Cannot log on to Qlik Customer Portal

Hi,

I have not been able to connect to customer portal for support requests as I have been getting attached error since inception.

Anybody has any idea ? Do I need to separately register or Can I use my exisiting user name in community ?

might be that you got 2 accounts. Try to log off the current account and log in the other account.

This happened to me - when I am logged in the community I can't access the partner site neither with this account

yes,u have to register if u want login to customer portal.

If I'm not mistaken, you can register with the same name/username. But the two worlds are separate areas, though the web site may seem to provide an integrated experience. From a community account alone, Qlik cannot deduce whether you are an employee, a partner, a customer or neither.

BTW this could be a sign of an intermittent problem that occasionally occurs in the Partner Portal as well. After a few hours/days, the problem is fixed/goes away. If you are sure that it has nothing to do with accounts (i.e. it worked before with a single account) and the problem doesn't disappear after a few days, I would suggest to contact Qlik Support.

not exactly,u suppose to be register with ur account (either community account or with new account) with portal first.
