Changing the password in qlikview portal

Hi,

I can't find any option to change password in this portal. Keeping machine generated password in mind is a headache. Can any one help me to change the password in this portal.

Regards,

Karthik

I think this will work:

1. Logout

2. Go to Login section, and select 'Forgot your password'

3. Input your email and select Reset

Fernando,

Thank you so much. It worked well now. In communities website we dont have this option. But in mail qlik.com we do have it. It's good information.

Thanks,

Karthi

The above one is the correct answer given by Fernando Suzuki. The real one got deleted wrongly by me. So i am placing Fernando's answer in the above discussion's part.

Not applicable

I am a new user and I ran into this question too.

The UI is kind of strange.  You have to change your password in qlik.com but not community.qlik.com

In qlik.com, as other has suggested, after you log in, at the top the left most drop-down menu say "Welcome, <yourname>", click on it or wait until the menu pulled up, select "My account" and go from there.

Hope this can help some other new users.
