Once an URL has been moderated, I should think that posting it again will recover some of the moderator's expertise and energy? No so, it seems.
Can't we have a list of moderated URLs that are regularly lost in layers of community feedback (so it seems) making us post them again but that do not need to be moderated over and over again?
My example: the download link for Microsoft Office ODBC/OLEDB drivers.
