Login Failed Colleague

Dear Qlik Support,

My Colleague Anton van Keep cannot login on the Qlik Community. His accountname is avkeep01.

Could you please check what is going wrong? He also requested an user reset, but this is also going wrong.

I was able to create a ticket with the help of this link.

I'm not able to login on the support site either:

"We could not verify your access at this time. Please submit a case to Customer Support together with your username"

On the homepage as a guest I did not see te option to login.

Hey Robbie

Can Anton log in on the other Qlik Sites? In other words is it only the Qlik Community site or is it a wider problem?

Hello,

I have the same problem with my original login ("peterwh"), so I created a second one ("peterwh1") to post in the community.
In my case only Qlik Community is affected.

Error message is:
"HTTP Status 500 -
type Status report
message
description The server encountered an internal error that prevented it from fulfilling this request."

I can login to support portal with my "old" credentials and Qlik.com.
I saw a message one or two weeks ago, where someone had the same error as myself, but I didn't find this anymore. There was a answer, that someone made a change for his account and that they are working on a fix for everyone.

I want to post in the community, so can someone get my first login fixed?

Can you try clearing all cookies from your browser and then trying to login again?

What happens if you first login for another Qlik site and then try to access this community site? And vice versa?

Hi Gysbert,

Anton is able to login to the QlikWebsite, and to the partner portal etc. But not to the support portal. Also SSO isn't working, thus login on Qlik.com and then going to the community isn't working either. He tried different computers and browsers, also computers where he's never accessed the community before. 

Also on the computer I was able to login with my own account, I wasn't able to login with Anton's account.

Looks like an account problem on the community

Hello,

I've tested it with Firefox and IE (IE was never before used for Qlik-Community. So it doesn't seem to be cookie issue. I even tried the way Qlik Support Portal and then Qlik-Community, but no success.

I've filed a "bug" as avkeep01 suggested and now I'm waiting.
