( Not applicable) profile

Hello. Why are some topics created by n/a ( Not applicable) whose profile is not available?

For example, I want to contact him to discuss a similar problem, but I can’t do it.

Can a user close an account on their own?

Re: ( Not applicable) profile

Those with no names are old accounts that were inactive for so long that they were not migrated over to the new platform in 2018. A user cannot close an account on their own but could request. I hope this helps.

Re: ( Not applicable) profile

Hi,

This must be an old thread you were looking at.

I cannot confirm why this happened but it's known that those accounts no longer exist.

Probably you can share your pain and let someone else try to help.

There could be a popular solution by now.

Kind regards,

S.T.
