What is the best way to paste an image captured using the Windows Snipping tool into a thread ?

This can be possible once you have taken image from Snipping Tool you need to directly embedded with help of firefox Browser i hope it will fix up  your issue.

How about with the Chrome browser ?

Seems to work fine in IE too!

we can save the image with snipping tool and drop in thread through Insert Image option in  chrome,but never tried to paste directly.

Yup works fine in IE.

Shame about Chrome though.
