Please stop exploiting holes in the points system to gain points unfairly and with no contribution. You have "collected" over 5000 points in the last 72 hours. This is disrespectful to those who have contributed real effort and talent here, as well as an embarrassment for your employer and colleagues.

Creating fake user profiles and exploiting errors in the site configuration may be admired in a hacker forum, but not here.

Please report the posts in which you think this illegal activity is taking place. That makes it easier for the Community Team to find them and act on them.

The account Rob mentioned in the initial post has been de-activated by the way.

This member has been contacted and the account temporarily suspended. Hopefully we can get them re-engaged in a more positive manner. We value all members contributions when they adhere to our guidelines and are helping other members.

Please accept our thanks for bringing this issue to our attention. This problem is being investigated and will be addressed as soon as possible. Certainly, if we discover that a member is bending the rules to get points, we will take action.

The community relies heavily on members helping one another, but also flagging inappropriate content and not following the rules.

That sounds indeed suspect to have even 1000 likes in a moth so 5000 in 3 days .. 😄
