Points counting

Since yesterday none of the points I have earned have been added to my account.

Does anyone else have the same problem?

Hi,

You are getting points now, check attached screenshot.  May be the replies limit you crossed for the day, now my be the date has changed.  Earlier I also thought it was a bug, but later realized.

Hi Robert,

If you reply more than 20, then you won't get the points.

Points are not adding when replies are given

I did not.

Moreover I do not see any of those replays in my "Participated" section.

Are you experiencing the same problem

You right, definitely do next time.

I just wanted to know if this is single example or more users re  experiencing this problem.

Is the 20 points limit mentioned by jagan still apply?

Hi Robert_Mika‌, thanks for reaching out. Yes, in order to promote quality responses, there is a 20 point-per-day limit on Replying to Questions. The time in the Qlik Community is based on Eastern time, and the time limits reset at midnight. Hope this helps!
