Subtraction of dimensions in a pivot table.

I want to make the subtraction to the field records "Revenue" and "Operating Costs" and display the subtraction in the "Subtration field", this in a pivot table.

Can this be done in a pivot table?

in the presentation tab you could set the show partial sums.
