Unable to post to "documents" thread under Sense and View when I previously could

Hello Qlik Community Admin team,

I used to be able to post to "documents" thread under Sense and View, but I get a "permissions" error message whenever I try to create a new document now.

I contacted Mike Tarallo to ask for his advice and he has pointed me towards you. Could you please help me out with this?

Hi @Sue_Macaluso ,

Many thanks for coming back. I just tested it and still get the same error message as before. It's strange, I was able to create documents, before, but it just stopped working at one point. Now I can edit pre-existing documents I had, but can't create any new ones.
