After sync the user data from Active directory Qlik QMC and Hub got inactive

Hi All,

I was trying the pull user from user directory connector (QMC) using active directory with advance filter. when i clicked on sync option after that i am unable to open Qmc and hub . I tried to open using admin account but same issue. Please find the issue screenshot .

This is dev server. Could you please suggest how we can fix this.?

if you have lost QMC access I would suggest restoring your server to a previous snapshot to get it back online, then be sure you have 'delete prohibited' checked on your admin user.

Hi @David_Friend ,

Restoring server you mean Restore backup? After drop the ".\dropdb.exe -h localhost -p 4432 -U postgres QSR​". Please confirm.

I was thinking just restore the entire server snapshot if you have one.
