Error when trying to load web data from CIA factbook

Until Sense 2.4, I was able to use data directly from the CIA factbook.

It worked OK using the Web File option in a previous version of Sense.

However, now with the latest 2.4 version, I get an "Access is denied" error.

If I try to load data from Wikipedia, there's no problem.
