Google Drive web connector - store by Qlik Sense Enterprise Windows (non SaaS)

now that I've learned that

store … into …

on Google-Drive is only available for SaaS, did anyone know …

1) … if implementation of this feature for Qlik Sense Enterprise Windows is on the roadmap?
2) … a recommendable workaround?

The STORE command for Qlik Sense Enterprise for Windows has underlying differences with the one used in SaaS.  In short, there is nothing officially on the roadmap for this in non-SaaS as well as no priority or timeline on if this could be reviewed at a later time.
