Issue with Qlik Sense Businesss Cloud and MongoDB (Beta) connector

Hi there, I was able to connect my local Qlik Sense instance to our MongoDB via ODBC connector and MongoDB BI Connector (see this page for full procedure).

No I want to bring our Qlik Sense app onto Qlik Sense on Cloud Services (Business version), but I can't get the connection to work...

I supply the same parameters but the error I receive is

ERROR [HY000][unixODBC][Qlik][MongoDBODBC](110) Error from MongoDB Client: No servers yet eligible for rescan (Error Code 13053)

What does it mean? Should we change anything in MongoDB?
