Hi, you will need the Qlik SAP Connector transports to be installed on the new S/4 system. Depending on you previous Basis version those might not be the same transport files that you already have installed, check here https://help.qlik.com/en-US/connectors/Subsystems/SAP_Connectors_Help/Content/Connectors_SAP/Install... . If you are doing an upgrade of the Connector version as a part of the migration to S/4 be sure to read the Release Notes Summary document to se if you will need to update any of you script or connection properties.
