Nueva instalacion de Sense y no accedo a hub

Good Morning,
Due to hardware problems I have lost everything I had in my laptop.
My backup is faulty.
I have downloaded a version of QSense Desktop (June 2019) and once I enter the login, the screen to manage the apps does not appear. I only see a screen with my profile.
I would appreciate urgent help ...
