Overview of All Gateway Errors (DirectAccess-XYZ)?

Hello everyone,

Lately, I’ve been seeing recurring errors in various logs with different error messages from the Qlik Gateway.

For example, I have the following error: DirectAccess-2012:

Connector Connections:xxx not found (Requested endpoint could not be provisioned due to failure to acquire a load slot: Unable to get response from Gateway. Please check that the connection is set to a currently registered Gateway. (DirectAccess-2012)

However, I can’t find any information about this one, so I’m unable to take any action. Is there a complete overview of the error codes available somewhere?

I can’t find anything on the help page, and while the version history lists some of them, it doesn’t cover everything.

Hi @Danijel,
these messages you got on the 23rd and on the 24th of June were due to an incident.
They have been fixed by Qlik Developers and they put new checks in place to avoid this in the future.
A description of this incident can be seen on the Qlik Status page (see "Qlik Cloud® Data Integration (QDI) – Europe (Ireland)"). Please, log in to read the content.

A Root Cause Analysis will be provided as soon as possible on the Qlik Status page, it should take around 7 days to be published.

I was mainly looking for an overview of all known bugs so I wouldn't have to spend a lot of time searching.

Here's another example: the following error message:

Error: Internal error. (Connector error: Unable to get the status because the call is not complete. (DirectAccess-1513))

We are using Gateway Version 1.7.15.

I can't find any documentation on this and can't help my client.

And again an error message without description:

Error: Internal error. (Connector error: Status(StatusCode="Internal", Detail="ERROR [HY000] Transaction (Process ID 53) was deadlocked on lock resources with another process and has been chosen as the deadlock victim. Rerun the transaction., ") (DirectAccess-1512))
