Qlik Sense Jira Connector Error 410

Hi,

We are attempting to use the built-in Jira connector, but we are getting a 410 error "The Requested API has been removed." message as below:

We are able to pull data from other endpoints through the same connection, and we are using an API token for validation. To be safe, we also tested with the "useLegacySearchAPI" flag to see if that could force a switch to the new endpoint, with no success.

Is there a way to address this error, or will it require us to upgrade Qlik sense to get the newest version of the built-in connector?

Thanks in advance!

There was a discussion few weeks ago on this topic. Looks like it may just be a bug. May 2025 SR5 seems to fix the issue.

Quick and VERY IMPORTANT note though. Patch 5 of May 2025 version of Qlik Sense has a bug in it that causes slow data connection loading. Here's the discussion on that topic.

I recommend upgrading to either Patch 6 or 7 of May 2025 to try and see if that will solve the 410 error.

@howdash Thank you for the details! Once we get the upgrade completed, I will report back for any others running into this issue.
