We recently updated our Qlik Sense version to Qlik_Sense_update_Feb2024_Patch4. Now, each time we access the Load Editor in an application in our Personal Work Stream, takes roughly 2-3 minutes to load the Data Connections. Prior to the patch, these Data Connections would display within seconds. While the Data Connections are loading, the editor is basically at a standstill.
Has anyone experienced this behavior? Any recommendations on how to correct this situation would be appreciated!!

We are facing same issue after upgrading to latest Qliksense may 205 with patch 5
We have tried all the given steps to but no luck yet.
I also had an issue with May 2025 Patch 5 - it makes working in the data load editor very frustrating.
I reverted to patch 4 which resolved the problem.
Is there anyone from Qlik is looking for this issue resolution ??
We upgraded over the weekend to May 2025 patch 5 and the data connections are really slow. Over 2 minutes for the data connections to load. The worst thing is, you can't even work in sheets whilst waiting for the data connections to load. This is frustrating beyond words!
True. This is what I post when we upgraded to May 2025, Patch 5.
Let wait untill next patch release or any quick solution from qlik experts..
@Sandra_Mellstrand @Sonja_Bauernfeind
possible issues with may 2025 patch 5 ?
We just upgraded from May 2024 to May 2025 patch 5 and we also experience this issue. It was kind of slow before, much worse now.
The post that @steeefan suggested concerns servers without internet connection, that's not our case. You marked that as a solution @craigbence - did anything there solve your issue with slow data connections panel?
In the browser console I found this error, and that it seems to cause the delay:
In C:\Program Files\Common Files\Qlik\Custom Data, I removed the folder QvSapConnectorPackage from all nodes (luckily we don't need that specific connector) and it seems to have solved the problem - data connections are loading quickly now.
Update: many have confirmed this workaround resolves the issue, but it should only be seen as a temporary solution. Also, apparently the folder needs to be put back before applying a patch (see later comment).
