Hello
I was sucessfully using qlik jira connector. But since few days there some error start to appear. It seems that I'm not longer able to retrieve list of issues. What is strange, is that I'm still able to retrieve for example list of projects. When I'm trying to retrieve issues I'm experiencing error message "The remote server returned an error : (410) Gone.
Did you have some similar issue - it is connection with jira cloud using qlik jira connector.
I updated the QlikSense Server to the latest release (May 2025 SR5) and it fixed the problem for me. So it may be an outdated connector.
Hi @greg_lag ,
Are you able to share the script you are using?
I wonder if the issue you are loading was deleted from Jira and this is causing the issue.
Are you using the filters for Updated After ? That might help reduce the load on the API and prevent issue from happening.

I event don't have to run any script, even when I'm using standard Qlik-Jira connector wizards screen and try to retrieve list of issues from different project I receive such an error.
Hi @greg_lag .
Try reducing the scope and see.
Are you able to see the issues if you go directly in Jira?
Please send us a screenshot of the parameters used on the wizard. This might help.
The more information you can provide, the easier it might be to provide assistance. All info is welcome

I prepared two attachments, on first one you can see that retriving projects works fine, and on second that even when I will chose one project and put updatedDate filter quite short (since yesterday) I have error message. I don't think is related with amount of data. Is seems like unavailability of some API on JIRA server side?
Got it @greg_lag .
I am puzzled. I see nothing wrong on your screenshots.
Let us know the results.

Could this problem be related with following Attlasian announcement? (please see attachment)
Good question @greg_lag .
My initial reaction is that the issue is not related, but you brought something interesting indeed. Good finding!
On another front, are you able to recreate the connection?
Please give it a try.

New connection didn't change anything
Do you have any idea what could be the problem? our production reports stops to work and it seems it's general problem with qlik to jira connector. It is more and more urgent for us.
