QlikSense too slow to add data

Hi all,

When I create a new application on QlikSense and try to add data, the screen to select the type of data takes a long time to appear.

This behavior is intermitent.

I appreciate any help. QLik Sense 3.1 SR1 - serversuite: 10.3.6
