Unable to load data for business id in Qlik

Dear Team,

When the  business team tries to load data using their connections, data load is not happening.

Attached error screenshot for your reference.

Note: Data load is successful when we try with personal id but its failing only with business users id.

Kindly help us to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Did you check for restrictions on specified Data Connection for Business User  ID??

Hi Sasikanth,

We have checked the user right restrictions for the business users. Its the same as that of the  personal id.

Even now also, the data loading is not successful.

Kindly help us to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Client confirmed that there are no user restrictions on data source for the specific business users, then also we are unable to load the data.

Could you share app reload logs to know more about this error ?
