Qlik Cloud: unable to set up Microsoft Office 365 email provider with OAuth 2.0 authentication

Hi,

we have been configured "Office 365 as the email provider in cloud tenant, even though the mail.send permission configured correctly still we get error sending test email from cloud.

I have followed suggestions from this article but no use.

Is there a way to fix this issue?

Hi @mpc ,

we were able to get alerts using the user email in the from address field but not with the service acciunt email or dedicated email like DL where my group members are added to it.
