QDF Variable Editor.qvw

Where can I download the Variable Editor.qvw for use with Qlikview Deployment Framework? I was not able to find the associated qvw files in the QDF zip.

Look in the folder QlikView Deployment Framework\<Container>\6.Script\2.VariableEditor
