Hi Michael,

I downloaded the tool but having problem with installation. Something about a Visual Studio Shell License. I double checked and I already have the Microsoft .NET framework. Do I need Visual Studio?

Hi Paul - that should not be - let me check with mbg‌.

You might need a newer update for the framework.

Hi Paul, I have not seen this before and no one else have complained so it's probably something in your environment producing this error. Found this help steps on Stackoverflow.

1. Download subinacl command line tool
   http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/confirmation.aspx?FamilyID=e8ba3e56-d8fe-4a91-93cf-ed6985e3927...
2. Run these commands:
   subinacl /subkeyreg HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Licenses /setowner=everyone
subinacl /subkeyreg HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Licenses /grant=everyone=f
3. Start VS 2010 Express again and this time it asks for a license key.
