1 of 1 service is running even though all the services are running in the server.

Hello Team,

We were performing migration from of Qlik Sense site from one servers to another server which includes multiple RIM nodes and central node with bundled data base.

Restoration was successful and central and one RIM node was up and accessible from HUB. However, for other server status in the nodes section in QMC shows 1 of 1 service is running even though all the services are running in the server.

The only service that is running on that RIM node is repository service and other services are shows not contacted.

Every other service has errors logged saying cannot be connected to the central node and license service logs shows below error:

"message":"failed retrieve central node info from QRS (communication error)"

connectex: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.

failed retrieve central node info from QRS. http status code","statusCode":503

I have removed the node from QMC and redistributed the certificates, also have verified that every required port is open and connectivity is there.

Any idea what could be the issue, as only reinstallation option is pending.

Thanks.

Hello ,

1. Have you confirmed that the old certificate was removed and then redistribute the certificate?
2. Have you made sure to removed the old entries in the QMC?
3. If the above have been confirmed. Uninstall and reinstall the RIM nodes.

Are all the ports opened between the servers?

Hello @Ray_Strother ,

Yes, the old certificates were removed and nodes from QMC were also deleted.

After adding nodes in QMC and redistributed the certificates and still same issue.

Will try the reinstallation and check.

Thaks.

Hello,

Old certificates were removed and redistributed. Also, have removed the old entries from QMC and added again, however same issue.

Only uninstallation and reinstallation worked in this case.

Thanks.
