After Qliksense May2022 Server Installation not able to access Hub or QMC

Hello Gurus,

I have installed Qlik Sense Server May 2022. it got installed properly. All the Qlik Sense services are up and running but when I am trying to access QMC or hub it is giving error of this site cant be reached. Could you please suggest me how to resolve this issue?

Hi.

Check list.

  • is all services running?
  • is Proxy listen 443 port
  • is there no log files with timestamp  in name  log in folder  c:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Log\Repository\Trace\

Have you set up the antivirus exclusion - https://community.qlik.com/t5/Knowledge/Anti-virus-Endpoint-detection-and-response-EDR-and-Advanced/... 

 

What happen when you try to access the QMC using the localhost instead of the FQDN?

Hello @korsikov 

1) all Services are running

2) 443 port is open

3) Log file is generating with the latest timestamp but getting below error

There was an error contacting the license service. Keep retrying

Hello @Boris_I 

- Yes Server have all the minimum requirements as on the same server Aug2021 version was working. 

- there is no Antivirus on the machine

- even trying with localhost the same issue persist
