App opening in hub very slow (qlik sense enterprise version)

Hello!

Could you please suggest some ideas on following issue:

If any user (including administrator) try to open sheets in QS Hub, they are uploaded for at least 3 minutes, regardless of the size of the application.

With what it can be connected? And how to fix it?
