Authenticate request (ReceiveRequestAsync) failed

Error : Authenticate request (ReceiveRequestAsync) failed

QlikSense QMC is scheduling and running an app, but an error message is found in the monitoring app.

Why is this?

Since then, the data is not correct, how can I fix it?

I'd appreciate it if you could tell me why and how.

On the virtual proxy you will see which authentication method is used.

Is there any impact on your Qlik Sense client managed environment?

What kind of Authentication are you using: AD, SAML, ...?

- With these errors, the data started to not fit.

 

What kind of Authentication are you using: AD, SAML, ...?

It's a Window server and it seems to use AD.

I don't know how to check AD, SAML authentication method.
