Can I publish an app to more than 2 streams in QMC?

I have an app and I want to publish this app to more than 2 streams. but after the publish, the publish button is disabled.

and also after an app is successfully published to one stream, and log in as a user of that stream and open the app. but is on the loading window forever... could anybody help me??

You can duplicate the published app, then publish it to another stream.

Then you can duplicate it again, and keep it as a development version. After you make changes to the development app, you can publish it over the production app (chosing the "Replace existing app" option). The development version will be preserved intact, and the published version will be updated. Repeat for your other stream.
