Qlik Sense Server 2.02
Installed on Amazon AWS
Paid for licenses (not evaluation)
I needed to change license allocations from one set of accounts to another. On Windows, I deleted the old accounts and created the new ones. I then tried to re-allocate my licenses. The system told me there was a quarantine period of seven days (enormously long in my opinion). I waited till after the end of the quarantine period and Qlik Sense Server is giving me an error message when I try and deallocate the licenses.
Here's a screenshot:
The account names are blank because I deleted them first.
When I press deallocate, here's what happens:
When I click OK, here's what happens:
The net result is, I can't reallocate my licenses!
Has anyone any idea of what I can do here? Help!
I got the answer to this.
I installed the upgrade for version 2.03. This doesn't have the bug object reference bug. I was able to delete the accounts and replace them with the new accounts.
It all works now.
If it possible, try reinstall Qlik Sense Server or if not open database with PGAdmin and find answer in there.
Or you allways can open case on Tech support qlik
