Cloning Qlik Sense Instance to New Server Failed

Hello,

I am trying to clone a Qlik Sense instance to a different server. I followed the guides "Backing up a Qlik Sense site", "Backing up certificates", "Restoring a Qlik Sense site".
The Qlik Services are all running, the Postgres Database can be reached and queried. The problem is, I cannot reach the Application itself (on port 80 or 443). I tried pinging port e.g. 4242 internally which also failed. Here are some excerpts from my log files.

Hi @anna_,

I suggest that you start with article Qlik Sense: Change hostname (and certificates) after an installation and see how things are after using bootstrap and recreating the certificates.

Thank you for your reply and sorry for being unclear. I started with a fresh Qlik Sense install on a new server. Changing the hostname as (described in the linked article) does not seem necessary, since after the install on the new server I am not touching C:\ProgramData\Qlik. The file host.cfg already has the correct hostname assigned, since I installed Qlik Sense on the Server it will run on. Migrating the postgres Database was no problem, all my data is on the new server now. Backing up and restoring the certificates has also worked (I think, at least no error messages). I replaced the fresh C:\QlikSense directory on the new server with the one from my old server and restarted the services. After that I experienced the problems I described in my post.

Thanks for posting.

Could you kindly apply the best practises on TLS/SSL of the IIS Crypto tool mentioned on Supported TLS and SSL Protocols and Ciphers - Qlik Community - 1710345 and then restart the server and let us know if it makes any difference.

I am suggesting that because of the error ECONNREFUSED.
