Connection to the QlikSense engine failed for unspecific reasons.Refresh your Browser or contact System admin-OKTA-VPN

I have encountered this error while trying to lunch HUB.

QlikSense server is hosted in Amazon Web Services EC2, and I am using Okta with SAML as a single sign on service. Everything is working fine. But when we use a private VPN to connect to somewhere, and at the same time lunch QlikSens hub that is exposed on the internet, I am getting this error message.

Error(Connection to the QlikSense engine failed for unspecific reasons.Refresh your Browser or contact System admin)

I added

- IP address (public IP and local IP)

- Amazon host name

- Actual host name

- DNS name

To virtual proxy --- QMC/Virtual Proxy/Central Proxy(okta)/Advanced/Host

And allowed ports both on proxy and firewall

allow ports : 80,443,4243,4244 and 4248

Any assistance or ideas would be appreciated.
