Consult the Sessions_Monitor_Reload_Stats.txt log for details.

Hello Folks,

I just upgraded our cluster to May 2022 SR6.  When I run the Sessions Monitor load script, I get the following error saying "Consult the SessionS_Monitor_Reload_Stats.txt".  When I look into the shared folder, I don't see any file with that name

What could be causing this error?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I decided to reimport the Sessions Monitor QVD from the C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Repository\DefaultApps folder.  After doing that and reloading, it seemed to reload without an error.

Hello @JustinDallas ,

Thanks for posting.

Have you also checked the task log per se? Do we see any error there?

Cheers,

Albert

Hey there @JustinDallas ,

By default, monitoring apps files (qvd files, _stats.txt files, ...) are not on the shared folder but on the C:\Program Data\Qlik\Sense\Log folder
In case of multi-node environment with the right setup, the folder used will be only the one on the central node (other wise I would suggest to take a look also on the other servers)

I hope this helps,
Riccardo
