ENGINE CONNECTION ISSUES WHEN OPENING THE QLIK SENSE HUB

I have an issue with End User access Hub.

We completed the Qlik Sense migration and up-gradation activity for one of our client to AWS server successfully (from April 2018 to November 2019). We are able to open the Qlik Sense Hub/QMC on the server without any error. After using DNS link to open the QS Hub users are facing the Engine connection issue. We tried all the resolutions mentioned in the below ticket but the issue is not resolved: https://support.qlik.com/articles/000036046

This error is intermittent. We tested using the IE and Chrome.

Can anyone please help me on this issue??
