Error 400 Bad request after upgrade to Feb 2022 Patch 5

Hi All SME,

Not sure what is happening here, we were able to upgrade Dev just fine, but we encounter Error 400 after installing Feb 2022 Patch 5.  During the installation, we didn’t encounter any error leaving us to think everything was ok.  But when trying to access the hub/QMC, I face Error 400 Bad Request.  I am able to access qmc and hub  using localhost on the central and rim nodes but not through domain.   Any idea what went wrong?  Thank you in advance!
