Error when upgrading Qlik sense Nov. 2018 in a Rim node

when i want to upgrade to Qlik sense Nov 2020, i have an error when upgrading Qlik sense in a Rim node.

The log installation file :

Hi @soka41 

Are you still having this issue. Looking at the error most likely your Rim node is not able to communicate with DB in central node

  • Verify that all required ports are available between the Rim node and central node (see the Qlik Sense Online Help for updated port lists for your version)
  • Verify that the Qlik Sense Database is up and running on the Central Node

Hello @soka41 ,

The port 4432 is used for a Repository database connection. (https://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense-admin/May2021/Subsystems/DeployAdministerQSE/Content/Sense_DeployA...)

Please check:
- Port 4432 is not blocked
- Any firewall blocking the port
- Any software using the port already
