Failed to reload monitoring apps

Hi All,

The reload task of monitoring apps is failed to reload.

After checking the log file, the error is below:

Error: QVX_UNEXPECTED_END_OF_DATA: The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.

The reload task works fine before.

The server version is 3.1 SR3.

I have tried restarting the Services, duplicate the app and reload the app manually.

Anyone has idea?
