We are getting frequent 'please wait, reconnecting...' messages - (5 times in 1 hour this morning).
Sometimes after 5-10 seconds the Qlik screen come back, other times we get 'Unable to reconnect, please refresh to try again'.
When this is happening I have a stable internet connection with 100MB/s+ download speed, so I don't believe this has anything to do with our connection, but more the availability on the Qlik SaaS side.
Is anyone else experiencing this frequently?

did anyone ever find any root cause or workaround for this?
was it user specific?
was it machine specific?
we have users on SAAS/QCG who see this often
every few minutes
and have not found the root cause or any workaround yet
