Frequent 'please wait, reconnecting...' messages

We are getting frequent 'please wait, reconnecting...' messages - (5 times in 1 hour this morning).

Sometimes after 5-10 seconds the Qlik screen come back, other times we get 'Unable to reconnect, please refresh to try again'.

When this is happening I have a stable internet connection with 100MB/s+ download speed, so I don't believe this has anything to do with our connection, but more the availability on the Qlik SaaS side.

Is anyone else experiencing this frequently?

Experiencing exactly the same issue in different tenants.
Frequency fluctuates from day to day for me.

Me too. It's boring but i couldn't find any solution or fix.

We are having the same issue. Sometimes even more frequent that your scenario. 1-2 times within 10 mins.



If you are experiencing connectivity issues and you suspect Qlik Cloud itself, you may view the cloud status here.

If all shows green in cloud services, this could mean:

  • your desktop could be having browser performance issues (check task manager and or restart your computer)
  • or your network might be having issues (restart your network router where possible)

 did anyone ever find any root cause or workaround for this?
was it user specific?
was it machine specific?

we have users on SAAS/QCG who see this often 

every few minutes 
and have not found the root cause or any workaround yet
