HTTP Error 404.0 - Not Found for qmc and hub

I am having a weird issue with qlik sense it was working fine but suddnly the server was't working so we restarted the server, and made sure that the serveces is running but the problem is I can't access qmc or hub and this message show:

HTTP Error 404.0 - Not Found

any help will be appreciated

That's an IIS error page. Qlik Sense Enterprise for Windows does not use IIS. Stop (and disable) the World wide web publishing service and restart the Qlik Sense Proxy Service.
