Hi,
We purchased Qlik Sense Enterprise Basic OEM maintenance for our customer.
I have the invoice with the License ID.
To activate the server I need the serial number and control number corresponding to the license to get the LEF.
How and where do i find the SN and CN ?

I already followed the instructions but am blocked at the login page.
Following the link to log to the Support Portal, it lead me to the page https://qliksupport.force.com/QS_LoginInfo where my login is unknown.
When i try to log in, i am forwarded to page https://qlik.okta.com/app/salesforce/exkigo6ok8l5UF9RX0x7/sso/saml where my login is also unknown.
Is the login to the community different from the support one ?
How do i create a proper support login if needed ?
You should be able to log in a guest, and create a case with customer support, they can help you with your account. You can also use the chat bot in the Support section. It will create a case for you if it can't solve you issue.
Make sure that you pick "account related" in the problem type.
