Thanks LeviTurner for the link! This link worked for me.

 

I used the other link first: https://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense/November2018/Subsystems/PlanningQlikSenseDeployments/Content/Sense...

And it DIDNT work. We waited for the repository.exe -bootstrap command like 1 hour and it never finished. 

The instructions from the link from support: https://qliksupport.force.com/articles/000049699 dont require the bootstrap commands (why is that???), but the change of user was successful!
