How to prevent sheets being transferred when transferring app ownership?

Hi Everyone,

Looking to see if anyone can help me. I have full access in the QMC and I changed the ownsership of a particular app. Upon doing so many of the sheets related to the app were also changed to me. Is there a way to stop this happening too?

Do you know if these sheets were Base Sheet, Community Sheet or Personal Sheet?

They included a series of published and approved sheets as well as community sheets and personal sheets belonging to a variety of people. But not all sheets were given to me. There were still some approved sheets where I wasn't the owner.
