I don't have access to hub or qmc out of the server

Hello,

I have install Qlik Sense server 1.1.0, it's work in the local server, I can open the HUB or the QMC.

But when I want to go to the hub or QMC by other PC with chrome or IE, it's not works and I don't have any error in the page, only blank page.

I have open the 80, 443, 4244, 4243, 4248 port but I don't understand why it's not work.

Can you help me please ?

Hi Rama,

I have open in the Firewall Windows with the help of the link in my post of the 3 avr. 2015 09:32.

In AWS, it's my Admin Amazon who have open all ports with a rule in the administration console in AWS.

We need the two open rules to work. But my HUB not work in other computer, only in the local server.

I wait for help to fixed this problem.

Hello,

I have talk with Qlik, we need to put the IP Adress of the server in the White list to open the Hub successfull.

It's work now for me.
