Import data - Error message: 400 Bad Request

Hi,

Need advice. 😞

There were some changes with the certificates and we ran into some trouble. Our solution was to completely re-install the server. Now I want to re-import the apps but I get following message:

import1.png

In the log file I find this message: Bad Request [400]:Bad Request() (HTTP code: 500)

I found this information, but I don't this this will be the case for us:

Anything that I can try? Any help is very welcome.

If more information is needed, please ask.

Best regards,

Ramzi

Hello

Could you try to disable FIPS as per article https://support.qlik.com/articles/000054705

For any chances can you duplicate apps? yes? How about import extensions? no?, then check QMC > service cluster, make sure that the path for the shared folder is correct and it can be browse by hosting server, meaning if you have a multi node environment and one is a proxy node, make sure you can browse the shared folder from there, that also including the central node.

Hi Giuseppe Novello,

Thank you for your feedback.

We re-installed the server, because we couldn't copy apps.

Now we can create new apps, copy them, export them and re-import them.

We cannot import extensions or import our original apps.

It's a single node installation and the service account has full control.

Does this information give you more ideas?

Br,

Ramzi

Okay, regardless if it single node, you still have to set the QS in shared persistence architecture and you still need a shared folder. Have you checked the QMC> service cluster section and make sure that the path is correct and the service account has full rights to the NTFS and shared rights.

Yes, we've checked that.

The server version is April 2019.

Then not sure, you are welcome to attached the logs here  (Repository, Engine and migration) or open a Qlik support ticket.

Hi,

I've disabled the "cryptography setting"-policy, but it doesn't help.

I succeeded in importing the app by removing the app contents (images) first.

I can't import the images.
