Insufficient Privileges error for creating Reload Tasks

This is the error that pops up everytime they click applyThis is the error that pops up everytime they click applySecurity ruleSecurity ruleSo this is the error our stream admins get when trying to create a reload task, and I cannot for the life of me figure out why.

This pops up after they have created a trigger and click apply.

This is a rule we created to let anyone work on reload tasks, we have other tasks that lock out the Task area in QMC, but this one would give anyone access to that section the ability to make a reload task.

Am I missing something? Do I need something specific to triggers? Isn't a privilege error usually related to licensing? Thanks in advance

Assuming they have the RootAdmin role assigned, they probably also got an Analyzer license. Note that users with Analyzer licenses are not able to modify or create apps, even though you have given them that access through a Security Rule.

You then basically have 2 choices:

1. Give them Professional Access

2. Ensure they do not have an Analyzer Access token / Analyzer Capacity license assigned
